Our Berry Cherry Tart uses only the finest fruits coated in a sweet syrupy glacé. Underneath this bounty of fruits are a citrus curd and a flaky pastry crust. All components of this tart are, of course, modified to use Natural Splendor™ All-Natural Sweetener.

Classic French Fruit Tart
This tart srtays true to the classic French recipe (with one slight change: adding Natural Splendor™ All-Natural Sweetener). The crust is shortbread, the filling is a custardy Chibouste cream, and the fruits are plentiful: raspberries, strawberries, peaches, and blueberries.
